Here is the Rhinelander Indictment of Katherine Christianson, Bryan Rivera, and Aaron Ellringer. It names Daniel McGowan as a currently unindicted coconspirator- the indictment comes out of the Grand Jury he recently refused to cooperate with- as well as known snitch Ian Wallace. Additionally, it refers to other participant individuals “known and unknown to the Grand Jury.”
We have also learned that both Christianson and Ellringer will be arraigned in Madison this Tuesday, July 29, at 10:00 a.m.
Please pass this information on as far and wide as possible.

According to an article from today’s “the Olympian,” http://www.theolympian.com/672/story/519575.html, Bryan Rivera, a.k.a Bryan Lefey, a.k.a. “Rat Dog,” was arrested Wednesday on charges relating to a July 2000 Earth Liberation Front action at the U.S. Forest Service Facility in Rhinelander, WI, where genetic research was being conducted on trees.
The charges stem from an unsealed indictment out of the Western District of Michigan, which also names Katherine Christianson as an alleged co-conspirator.
Daniel McGowan is currently being held in civil contempt for refusing to cooperate with a Grand Jury in Wisconsin’s Western District.. For more info on Daniel’s situation, see http://www.supportdaniel.org.
EWOK! is currently looking into this and will release more information as we have it. If you have ANY info, please contact us at email@example.com. If you have been visited, subpoenaed or arrested in relation to the Green Scare, you should call the NLG Green Scare Hotline, 1-888-NLG-ECOL.
Remember: Do NOT talk to law enforcement, whether or not you are facing criminal charges. There is nothing to gain and mountains to lose by doing so. We and many others are available and ready to offer support to all non-cooperating State repression.
